The Following is the new cost and procedure for the building of one house.

• Total cost for materials $4560.00, due 60 days before a build
• Food and Lodging $120 per person, due 30 days before build (This is a total of $1440.00 based on a 12 person crew, and this total applies if a crew is less than 12…if more than 12 then an additional $120 per person is due.
• At sign up for a build date, $700.00 is due for the foundation…non-refundable (This is part of the $4560.00 materials fee)
• If the build is cancelled within the 30 days before the build, monies will not be refunded.
• If a build is rescheduled within the calendar year, the monies from the cancellation will be applied to the new build date. If not rescheduled, no refund will be forth coming.
